Is the concept of Human Incarnation the same in Avaita and Dvaita Vedanta?

[A question by Śrī Ganesh V.]

Swāmi replied: Dvaita Vedanta is far better than Advaita Vedanta from the view point of ordinary human souls. In fact, in dualism, God becomes the servant of the devotee. In monism, God only becomes one with the devotee. There is nothing wrong in both types of Incarnations. It is the will of God that decides the type of Incarnation. Some devotees have a burning desire to interact with God directly and that desire of devotees is fulfilled by God through a monistic Incarnation.
