Guru Datta! Śrī Datta! Prabhu Datta! Save me!
Brahma Datta! Viṣṇu Datta! Śiva Datta! Protect me!
Trimukhāni ṣaṭpāṇi kamalāni bibhrāṇa! ।
Śrutisārameyai ssamāvṛtta padapadma! ।।
You have three faces and six lotus-like hands.
The four Vedas as dogs surround Your lotus feet.
Vāṇīśa, lakṣmīśa, gaurīśa, jagadīśa ।
Ṣaṭchāstra divyāstra vedānta śāntikara ।।
Lord of Vaṇī! Lord of Lakṣmī! Lord of Gaurī! Lord of worlds!
Assisted by six scriptural weapons, You give peace by Your knowledge.
Jñāna pracārārtha mavatīrṇa nararūpa ।
Veda pramāṇa pradīpa pravacanārtha ।।
You come down in human form to preach spiritual knowledge to humans.
Your speeches are always illuminated by the headlight of the Veda.
Mandahāsānanda niṣyanda madhu bṛnda ।
Kandarpa sandoha saundarya vandanam ।।
Drops of divine nectar always rain from Your blissful smile.
Salutations to You! You are more beautiful than crores of Cupids.
