॥ पञ्चगेहिनां भिक्षया चरम् ॥

पञ्चगेहिनां भिक्षया चरम् – शिर्डीसायिनं दत्तमाश्रये ।।

I take refuge at the holy lotus feet of Śrī Shirdi Saibaba, the incarnation of Lord Datta, Who used to visit daily five houses only to get His bhikṣā.

अरुणवाससं केशमण्डलम् - सत्यसायिनं दत्तमाश्रये ।।

I take refuge at the holy lotus feet of Śrī Satya Sai Baba, the incarnation of Lord Datta, wearing bright saffron clothes with a typical round hair style.

अभयदायकं सटकधारिणम् - शिर्डीसायिनं दत्तमाश्रये ।।

I take refuge at the holy lotus feet of Śrī Shirdi Saibaba, the incarnation of Lord Datta, Who used to carry a ‘saṭaka’ (tongs) and giving protection to the devotees.

हस्तचालनात् भस्मवर्षिणम् - सत्यसायिनं दत्तमाश्रये ।।

I take refuge at the holy lotus feet of Śrī Satya Saibaba, the incarnation of Lord Datta, Who used to rain heaps of holy ash.

शिर्डीवासिनं सिद्धयोगिनम् - शिर्डीसायिनं दत्तमाश्रये ।।

I take refuge at the holy lotus feet of Śrī Shirdi Saibaba, the incarnation of Lord Datta, Who used to live in the village of Shirdi being a Siddhayogi.

पर्तिवासिनं परमपावनम् - सत्यसायिनं दत्तमाश्रये ।।

I take refuge at the holy lotus feet of Śrī Satya Saibaba, the incarnation of Lord Datta, Who used to live in the Puṭṭaparthi village, being the holiest of all.
