निवृत्ति प्रवृत्ति प्रबोध प्रमाण -
प्रकार्शार्थ सन्धान दत्त द्विजस्य
गुरोरङ्घ्रि पद्मे मनश्चेन्नलग्नम्
ततः किम् ततः किम् ततः किम् ततः किम्?॥३॥
What is the use? What is the use? What is the use? and What is the use? If our mind is not fixed on the beautiful lotus feet of Lord Dattatreya Himself, Who is the sage preaching both Pravrutti and Nivrutti in excellent way by correlating with the authority from the scriptures also.

नराकारमाश्रित्य दत्तस्य भूमौ
